Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Services & Software Fees

Payn Solution services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time via their dashboard. Access to the platform remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no prorated or partial-month refunds are provided for cancellations made partway through a billing period.

SBA Advisory & Document Packaging Services

Fees for SBA advisory and document packaging services are bound to milestone delivery. These engagements may be cancelled by written notice prior to the commencement of deep file processing.

Once file review, audit, or formatting work has commenced, service fees become non-refundable.

Stripe Treasury Account Balances

Balances held within client-owned Stripe Treasury accounts remain the property of the client and are never forfeited. All funds must be withdrawn via ACH prior to account closure.

Policy Modifications

Payn Solution LLC may amend these terms at any time in order to maintain compliance with card network, financial partner, and federal lending rules. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
