Payn Solution LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website and underlying platform providing commercial consulting, expense tracking software, and commercial card services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose personal and corporate data when you register an account, undergo underwriting, connect a financial account through Stripe Financial Connections, or deploy physical or virtual commercial card services. This policy applies to business representatives, beneficial owners, and individual users who connect a financial account to our platform.
To safely administer corporate expense platforms, verify business entities, and fulfill Anti-Money Laundering (AML) mandates, Payn Solution LLC utilizes secure infrastructure provided by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe").
Data collected for the purpose of provisioning commercial cards is governed simultaneously by this Privacy Policy and the Stripe Privacy Policy. Stripe acts as an independent data controller concerning corporate transaction authorizations and credit evaluation processing.
All financial account data described in this policy, including data retrieved through connected financial accounts, is stored in the United States.
To administer commercial card issuing profiles, we collect several categories of information, including but not limited to:
Legal entity name, corporate structure, Employer Identification Number (EIN), physical operating address, utility verification, and business registration certificates.
Full legal name, date of birth, physical address, and government-issued identification numbers (such as SSN or Passport) for all individual owners holding a 25% or greater equity stake in the Client business.
Connected bank routing data, transaction logs, historical inflows/outflows up to 180 days, and active statement account balances.
Detailed transaction metadata generated by virtual or physical Cards, including merchant names, merchant category codes (MCCs), precise geographic authorization coordinates, line-item purchase totals, and timestamp sequences.
When you connect a financial account through Stripe Financial Connections, we collect the account holder name(s) and mailing address associated with that account, together with a tokenized account and routing number. This information is used to verify that the account belongs to you, to pre-fill your details where you ask us to, and to prevent failed or misdirected payments.
We utilize your personal and financial information strictly for the following operational workflows:
Evaluating corporate creditworthiness, detecting malicious network indicators, establishing wallet parameters, and verifying transaction data.
Running automated threat detection routines to spot compromised card credentials, illegal spending clusters, or structural cash-flow deficiencies.
Processing dispute chargebacks, responding to merchant inquiries, and complying with systemic data queries initiated by Visa, Mastercard, or the underlying Issuing Bank.
Initiating bank payments, payouts, and top-ups to or from your connected financial accounts, confirming that sufficient funds are available before a transaction is initiated, and verifying account ownership to reduce fraud and failed transactions.
Payn Solution LLC does not sell, trade, lease, or rent your corporate transactional history, personal information, or operational business analytics to third-party data brokers or marketing firms.
Information is shared strictly with Stripe, the designated partner Issuing Bank, standard credit reporting agencies (where legally relevant to commercial credit lines), or federal law enforcement bodies upon receipt of an active, legally binding subpoena.
Due to federal financial data regulations, personal identity data and comprehensive card transaction histories are retained for a minimum mandatory period of 5 years following the permanent closure of the platform service account.
Financial account data obtained through your bank connection is shared only with Stripe, Inc. as our payment infrastructure provider, and is never shared with any other third party for its own independent use.
