Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

The following policy governs refunds, cancellations, and account termination for Payn Solution LLC platform subscriptions, SBA advisory and document packaging services, and Stripe Treasury account balances.

Subscription Services & Software Fees

Payn Solution LLC operates its digital expense dashboard and commercial card management platform on a month-to-month subscription timeline. Corporate clients may cancel their platform subscription at any time directly through their secure dashboard settings. Following cancellation, your platform access and associated virtual/physical commercial cards will remain active until the conclusion of your current active billing cycle. We do not offer prorated or full refunds for partial months of software usage.

SBA Advisory & Document Packaging Services

Fees collected for professional consulting, document formatting, federal certification validation, and SBA loan application packaging are structurally bound to milestone service delivery agreements. Clients may cancel advisory agreements by providing written notice before deep file processing begins. Once comprehensive professional review, audit analysis, or document formatting has formally commenced by our compliance team, fees associated with that specific phase of work become non-refundable due to the immediate deployment of administrative and advisory resources.

Stripe Treasury Account Balances

Any commercial balances held securely within your commercial Stripe Treasury account balance are fully owned by your business entity. Platform cancellation or service termination will never forfeit your capital. Before closing your commercial account profile completely, you must clear or withdraw all remaining funds via outbound ACH transfer to your verified external business bank account.

Policy Modifications

Payn Solution LLC reserves the right to amend these parameters at any time without prior individual notice to maintain strict compliance with payment card network rules, financial partner mandates, and federal small business lending regulations.
